Browse the shop by category, open a product to compare its features and dimensions, then add your choice to your bag. At checkout, enter your delivery details and review the current item prices, any eligible discount and the delivery charge before paying. 18plus is for adults aged 18 and over.

Start with the features that matter to you: size, shape, controls, power source and how the product is cleaned. Read the individual product description rather than relying on its photograph alone. If a material, measurement or feature is unclear, contact us with the product name before ordering.

Check the details on the individual product page and the instructions included with the item. Specifications vary between models, so a feature on one product does not apply to every item in its category. Contact support if the information you need is missing or if the supplied instructions differ from the listing.

Each bundle page lists its included products. Review that list, the quantity of each item and the total bundle price before adding it to your bag. A photograph is a useful preview, but the included-items list is the place to check exactly what you are ordering.

Open the product page to browse its image gallery. Where a product video is available, it appears in the video section on that page. Media availability varies by item; use the written specifications to check details that are not visible in a photograph or demonstration.

Orders ship in plain external packaging without product descriptions on the outside. The delivery partner receives the name, phone number and address needed to deliver the parcel. Check that your contact details are correct and choose a delivery address where you can receive your order.

Choose your Nigerian delivery state at checkout to see the delivery fee for your order. The charge appears separately from the products and any coupon discount, so you can review the full total before paying. The amount shown at checkout is the current charge for the selected destination.

Delivery is available to supported addresses across Nigeria. Enter your full address, city and state at checkout; for Abuja, choose FCT. If your address is remote or difficult to reach, contact us before ordering to check coverage and any delivery arrangements needed.

Delivery timing depends on your location and the arrangements for your order. Estimates start after payment and inventory confirmation; same-day or next-day delivery is not a blanket guarantee. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before paying so we can check what is possible.

Sign in and open Your orders to view orders linked to your account. If a delivery is later than the estimate you were given, contact support with your order number. Keep that reference handy so we can find the order without asking you to repeat every detail.

Enter your code in the coupon field in the checkout order summary and select Apply. An eligible discount appears in the summary before payment. Check the updated total before continuing; typing a code without applying it does not add a discount.

A coupon may be inactive, expired, limited to selected products or subject to a minimum eligible spend. Some offers also have a maximum discount or a usage limit. Read the message beside the coupon field, check your code and eligible items, then contact support if you still need help.

It depends on the offer’s rules. Sale items and bundles qualify only when the coupon includes them. Coupons reduce eligible product costs, not the delivery charge, and checkout accepts one coupon code at a time. The order summary shows the discount that applies to your bag.

Add products to your bag, sign in and complete your delivery details at checkout. Choose Create a Pay for me link, then send the link to the person you would like to pay. They can review the shared bag and total before proceeding with payment when checkout is available. Creating a link is not a completed purchase.

The shared Pay for me page shows your first name, optional message, selected items and order total. It does not display your delivery address, phone number, email address or delivery notes. Anyone with the link can view the shared bag, so send it only to people you choose.

Open Pay for me in your account dashboard to manage your links. You can cancel an open request before payment begins. Links have an expiry, and a paid request cannot be paid again. To change the products or delivery details, cancel the open request and create a new link from checkout.

Creating a link does not reserve stock or complete an order. An open request checks current prices and availability again before payment starts, so the total can change. The person paying should review the amount on the shared page before continuing.

Checkout explains when payment is unavailable or when an order needs attention. Check that your delivery state is selected, your bag has loaded and any coupon error is resolved. If the page says payments are not yet available, contact support for an update; do not send money to an account shared by an unverified third party.

Under our store policy, opened intimate products, lingerie, cosmetics, oils and other hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned for change of mind. You may request a return for eligible unopened goods within seven days of delivery, subject to inspection. Read the Shipping and returns page for the full policy before requesting a return.

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Do not use a damaged product. Keep the packaging while we review your report. Our Shipping and returns page explains the available next steps for wrong, damaged or defective items.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the bank or card provider, so approval does not necessarily mean the funds appear immediately. For a Pay for me order, contact support with the order reference to confirm how the original payment will be refunded.

Follow the instructions for your exact model, including the cleaning method, charging cable and storage conditions. Check its stated water-resistance rating before rinsing or submerging an electronic item. Do not assume every product is waterproof or uses the same charger; ask support if the instructions are unclear.

Read the product’s material and care instructions alongside the lubricant or cleaner label. Compatibility differs between materials and formulas, so do not assume that an accessory works with every item. If either label does not give enough information, ask for confirmation before using them together.

You can browse products and build a bag without signing in. An account is required to create and manage Pay for me links. Signing in also gives you access to your dashboard, saved delivery addresses, profile and orders associated with that account.

Sign in, open your dashboard and select Address book. Add or update the address you want to use for future checkouts, then select it when ordering. Editing a saved address does not change an order or payment request you have already submitted; contact support about an existing order.

We use the details needed to manage your account, process an order and arrange delivery. Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled and how to contact us about it. For account support, use the contact page; never send your password or payment authentication code in a message.

Open the event page and follow its ticket link to the organizer’s approved ticketing platform. In this version of 18plus, organizers handle ticket sales, admission, cancellations and ticket refunds. Read the event’s date, venue, age requirements and ticket terms before booking.

Visit the organizers page to submit your event for review. Include accurate event and venue details, ticket information and your admission, consent and reporting procedures. Read the Event listing policy before applying. Submitting a listing or paying a fee does not guarantee approval.
