Delivery is available to supported addresses across Nigeria. Available speeds and fees are shown before payment. Delivery estimates begin after payment and inventory are confirmed; they are estimates, not guarantees. Remote-area coverage may require extra time.

Lagos: ₦3,500 per order.

Ogun, Oyo: ₦5,000 per order.

Other supported Nigerian states: ₦7,500 per order.

Delivery costs up to ₦7,500 nationwide; your exact state fee appears at checkout. Dispatch in 1–2 business days, then 2–7 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday; public holidays and remote-area delays can affect estimates.

Orders ship in plain external packaging without product descriptions. A delivery partner still receives the minimum name, phone, and address information needed to complete delivery.

Opened intimate products, lingerie, cosmetics, oils, and other hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned for change of mind. Unopened eligible goods may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear evidence. Do not use a damaged product. After review, we may replace, repair, refund, or provide another remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the relevant financial institutions.
