We use information to authenticate users, fulfill and support orders, review events, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate service changes, measure performance, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

If you opt in, we store your email address, consent date and subscription preference to send 18plus news and offers. Signing up is optional. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops marketing emails without affecting order updates. We retain your preference so we can respect it. Contact us to request deletion.

Necessary information may be processed by Firebase/Google Cloud, Vercel, Sanity, email providers, delivery partners, analytics services, professional advisers, and an approved payment processor. Access is limited to the purpose each provider performs.

We retain records only as long as needed for operations, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, and legal duties. Sensitive operations use server-side access controls, signed sessions, restricted storage rules, and audit records, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete eligible personal information, withdraw optional consent, or object to certain processing by contacting us. Some transaction and safety records must be retained where law or legitimate dispute prevention requires it.
