You may not use 18plus to advertise, arrange, purchase, or sell sexual services; promote trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual activity, unlawful goods, or services; impersonate another person; submit deceptive claims; or evade a payment provider’s rules.

Prices are shown in naira unless stated otherwise. An order is not paid until our processor sends a verified confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by inventory, pricing, fraud, safety, or compliance issues. Processor availability remains subject to written category approval.

You are responsible for your account activity and the accuracy of submissions. We may review, reject, remove, preserve, or disclose content when required for safety, legal compliance, disputes, or platform integrity.

Third-party organizers and linked ticket platforms are responsible for their events and transactions. To the extent permitted by law, 18plus is not responsible for third-party conduct or indirect losses. We may update these terms and will publish a new effective date.
